Loads of Nuts Granola

I’m not sure about you but I find that my daily breakfast is usually pretty boring! Every once in a while I change things up by making something new. Last year (which came and went oh so fast!) I tried several different granola recipes and discovered that I like mine to be loaded with nuts and just a bit of spice, sometimes I’ll add cranberries or raisins. I came up with a mix that is a perfect blend, I hope you will give it a try and enjoy it as much as I do!

You will need:

3 cups Oats
1/3 cup Chopped Pecans
1/3 cup Chopped Almonds
1/4 cup Coconut
 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Peanut Butter
2 teaspoon Olive Oil
1/4 cup Honey

Step one is to mix all the dry ingredients (oats to brown sugar) in a bowl.

Next, melt the peanut butter, olive oil, and honey together and stir. Mix it in well with the dry ingredients.

Lastly, spread the mix onto a pan and bake at 350 Fahrenheit for 15 minutes or until toasted.

Super quick and easy!

Your sweet comments make my day a whole lot sunnier! Thank you!
